Esta clase incluye golpes de puño y pie, golpes con rodilla y codo, simulaciones en parejas, trabajo con almohadilla, además de ejercicios básicos de acondicionamiento físico que buscan aumentar la flexibilidad, agilidad y fuerza de los participantes.

Functional Training, conocida también como Daily Ultimate Training (DUT), es un entrenamiento de alta intensidad centrado en aumentar tu fuerza y capacidad atlética. Cada clase DUT es una combinación única de modalidades que garantizan darás el máximo de tus capacidades a través de ejercicios en circuitos utilizando cuerdas de batalla, cuerdas para saltar, TRX, cajas pliométricas, pesas rusas y libres, y balones medicinales.
